Dr. Marvello's Medium Roast
This is my first attempt at an AeroPress recipe. Feedback is greatly appreciated!
Recipe notes:
- Grind size: Fine, almost espresso, I use 9 on Baratza Virtuoso+
- Filter: Pre-wet double paper filter

Equipment:
- Prep - Pre-wet your double paper filter so it'll stick to the filter cap.
- Prep - Add 15 grams of finely ground coffee. (I use 9 on Baratza Virtuoso+)
- Prep - Gently shake the inverted aeropress to level the grinds.
- Start timer and pour 100 grams of water into the chamber. Try to wet all the grinds.
- At 20 seconds, stir twice clockwise and counter-clockwise.
- At 30 seconds, add the remaining 130 grams of water.
- Put the cap on and wait until 1:20.
- At 1:20, flip the AeroPress to a cup.
- At 1:30, press for about 45-60 seconds.
