Set the AeroPress in the standard position, add 15 grams of medium-grind Robusta coffee, and level the coffee bed with gentle shakes.
Pour 150 grams of hot water and stir it five times in rowing backward motions.
Put the plunger, steep it for 1 minute, and gently press it until the hiss.
