Equipment:

AeroPress® AeroPress®
  1. Add 30g of water to bloom, stir thoroughly.
  2. At 30s, add 60g of water.
  3. Stir 10 times straight.
  4. Attach filter cap.
  5. Start pressing at 1:50 for 15s.
