Esprismo - near espresso

Creator:Luggi C0ff4

The discovery of espresso excellence: with this AeroPress recipe, I've achieved a flavor profile remarkably close to that of a traditional portafilter espresso, complete with a lush crema. The key is in the choice of coffee beans. I prefer dark roasts like Tre Forze or Berserk.

As for grind consistency, I trust my Comandante C40 MK4, which is set at 8 or 9 clicks. And if you're aiming for an even finer setting, the red clicks at around 8.5 might be just the ticket.

  3. Put the ground coffee into the AeroPress, making sure it is on the side with the paper filter.
