Flash Brew Iced Coffee
This recipe is my go-to for iced coffee for medium to light roasts. You will get the main characteristics of the coffee without too much dilution or bitterness, and it's a relatively quick brew with little fuss.
Recipe Notes:
- Filter: 2 paper filters + Flow Control/ Prismo Cap
- Other: Cup/carafe with 150g of ice

Equipment:
- Prep - Begin heating your water. Meanwhile, prepare your AeroPress with two paper filters and your flow control/Prismo cap.
- Prep - Prepare your drinking vessel/carafe with 150g ice.
- Prep - Add 22g coffee to the AeroPress.
- Pour 170g hot water into AeroPress, ensuring you saturated all grounds in the unit.
- Swirl for 8-10 seconds. This is up to personal taste and grinder consistency.
- Steep for 2 minutes.
- Press into your ice-filled cup or carafe, approximately 30 seconds press.
- Enjoy!
