French Press & Pour-Over Hybrid
Came up with this recipe after trying to brew a coffee that tasted great when brewed immersion style.
You can modify this recipe according to preference - 15 grams will give you a strong bold cup but very smooth. If you would like a softer gentle cup that resembles a pour-over coffee add 12 grams of coffee.

Equipment:
- Pre-heat all equipment and Place two rinsed filters in the AeroPress.
- Grind 15 grams of coffee (not too fine) to inverted AeroPress.
- Add 200ml aiming to wet all the grounds.
- At 1:00 gently break crust with spoon and give a gentle stir to the top of coffee.
- Place cap on AeroPress and gently push out the excess air.
- At 4:00 flip the AeroPress and plunge slowly for 30 seconds.
