Fruity Acidity - An AeroPress Recipe for African Naturals
My personal go-to recipe for highlighting the vibrant, fruity notes in naturally processed African coffees. It brings out juicy acidity and bright fruit flavours without overwhelming the cup. Ideal for coffees with complex, fruit-forward profiles like Ethiopian or Kenyan naturals.
