High Notes

My go to recipe when I need to wake up slowly or chill in the afternoon.

The goal is to have a light body and a maximum of fruit/flower notes with a touch of acidity. To do so, it uses a shorter extraction time with less agitation, a 1/15 ratio and 2 filters to retain more oils.

Feel free to scale it up.
