Equipment:

AeroPress®AeroPress®
  1. Rinse filter
  2. Add coffee to inverted AeroPress
  3. Bloom. 40ml
  4. Stir.
  5. Let bloom for 40 seconds
  6. Fast pour 180ml
  7. Stir X5
  8. Cap, Invert.
  9. Start pressing at 1:15
