An easy and classic iced coffee based on James Hoffman’s ultimate AeroPress recipe.

Vietnamese Arabica Mild Roast (Ripe Guava Notes)

Water:

97°C / 206°F

  1. Set up the Fellow Prismo with paper filter and attach to AeroPress. Use inverted method as an alternative.
  2. Add 12g of finely ground coffee (similar to filter type brew).
  3. Add 120g of freshly boiled water to AeroPress and start timer.
  4. Stir gently for 5 seconds and steep coffee for 2 minutes.
  5. While steeping, add 100-120 g of ice to the glass.
  6. After 2 minutes of steeping, gently swirl the AeroPress for 5 seconds and let steep for another 30 seconds.
  7. At 2:30, press coffee to the glass for 10 seconds.
