Equipment:
- Set up the Fellow Prismo with paper filter and attach to AeroPress. Use inverted method as an alternative.
- Add 12g of finely ground coffee (similar to filter type brew).
- Add 120g of freshly boiled water to AeroPress and start timer.
- Stir gently for 5 seconds and steep coffee for 2 minutes.
- While steeping, add 100-120 g of ice to the glass.
- After 2 minutes of steeping, gently swirl the AeroPress for 5 seconds and let steep for another 30 seconds.
- At 2:30, press coffee to the glass for 10 seconds.
