A simple Iced Aeropress recipe that is not too intense or diluted.

This is a black coffee - no milk is in this recipe but you could switch out the 100ml of water and use milk if desired.

Recipe Notes:

  • Commandante 15 Clicks
  • Wet 2 paper filters
  • Preheat the AeroPress
  • Prepare 150g of ice and 100ml cold water

Coffee:

20g
Medium (Commandante 15 Clicks)
Medium to Light Roast

Water:

100°C / 212°F
60 + 100mL

Equipment:

AeroPress®AeroPress®
  1. Prepare 150g ice and 100ml cold water in your main drinking vessel.
  2. Start a timer and add 60g of water within 15 seconds.
  3. Stir the AeroPress 15 times.
  4. Close the lid and let it sit until 2 minutes.
  5. Flip and press for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the extracted brew in to your main vessel.
  7. Shake/stir and enjoy your refreshing drink :)
