Prepare 100g ice and 150ml coconut water in the main vessel (best if coconut water is already cold)
Grind size: medium-fine, 20 clicks on Comandante

Equipment:

AeroPress®

Prepare 100g ice and 150ml coconut water in main vessel (best if coconut water is already cold).
Grind the coffee / Comandante (20 clicks).
Start a timer and add 70g of water within 10 seconds.
Stir the AeroPress 15 times.
At 30seconds put the plunger and press for 5 seconds.
Stir the extracted brew with the coconut water base.
Enjoy!
