I used this recipe in the 2017 IAC and at that time I won third place.

The recipe is quite consistent and can be used in all types of coffee beans provided.

This recipe includes a bypass, and although the latest WAC regulations do not allow a bypass / dilution, to get a delicious and easy cup of coffee this recipe is worth a try.

Recipe Notes:

Use 2 pcs paper filter, rinsed
Use coarse grind (34 on Hario V60 grinder)
Preheat the AeroPress

Pour 150 grams of water into the chamber for 15 seconds.
Next, stir for 20 seconds evenly.
Wait until 1:00, then put the filter cap on and flip the AeroPress onto a cup.
Press for 30 seconds.
Dilute/bypass with 110-120 grams of water at 84°C, adjust to your taste.
Voila! Serve and enjoy.
