I love this recipe, it gives you a strong cup of coffee, i use it when i want to taste new beans.

Coffee:

20g
Coarse (24 clicks on Chestnut C2)
light - medium roast

Water:

95°C / 203°F
140mL

  1. Rinse filter.
  2. Put the coffee into the inverted AeroPress.
  3. Add 50 gr of water.
  4. Stir slowly, wait 30 seconds.
  5. Add 50 gr of water.
  6. Stir slowly
  7. Screw the cap, with the AeroPress still inverted, press to take out all the remaining air from inside.
  8. Flip it over your container.
  9. Swing it carefully.
  10. Press slowly.
