Just good coffee w. prismo
I have tried this recipe with Rogue Wave's Ethiopia - Layo Teraga Guji and their Honduras Moreno Family El Filo. By no means do you need extra-premium coffee, but a fruitier light roast is recommended.
No need for a paper filter. Use the metal one that comes with Prismo.
Recipe Notes:
- Coffee: Light Roast, Ethiopia or anything fruity/expressive/sweet
- Grind size: Medium to medium-coarse
- Filter: Fellow Prismo
