Kopi C
Nanyang coffee is a traditional coffee beverage found in Southeast Asia. The roasting process and preparation technique involves a variation of the Torrefacto method: butter and sugar are added to the beans.
You can buy the traditional beans online but be warned: you have to clean your grinder after every use to avoid damaging it. I instead use regular coffee beans or pre-ground coffee to skip this hassle.
Nanyang coffee varies in style. Kopi C is one such variation and is composed of the following ingredients:
- Coffee
- Evaporated milk
- Sugar
