La Fruta Madre
This method uses more coffee and a slightly coarser grind to get a nice balanced cup with a clear fruitiness.
Works well with entry-level grinders such as Hario MiniMill (11 - 12 clicks).

Light to medium roast
Water:
99°C / 210°F
200mL
Equipment:
- Place AeroPress on a server jug.
- Quickly pour 200g of filter water (99°C).
- Stir gently with the paddle four times.
- Place plunger on. Do not plunge.
- Start timer. Wait 2 minutes.
- Slowly and gently press, for about 30 seconds.
- Swirl server and pour. Let cool for a minute or two.
- Enjoy the fruity flavours!
