Lance Hedrick double bloom

Lance calls this recipe "The Last V60 Recipe You'll Ever Need". What do you think?

This Double Bloom is a simple, high-extraction V60 recipe built around two consecutive blooms followed by a single, fast main pour.

The first bloom saturates the coffee and begins releasing trapped CO₂. A second bloom shortly after helps drive out more of that gas before the main pour, giving the coffee a more evenly prepared bed for extraction. The result is a bright, juicy and highly expressive cup, with plenty of clarity and sweetness.

Note: This recipe uses a coarser grind setting than your usual pourover recipe, resulting in much more clarity for beans flavor!
