Long but lovely

This AeroPress recipe is a twist on James Hoffmans french press recipe.

It's a slow AeroPress recipe with a long steep time (takes about 10 minutes in total)... if you have the patience, give it a try - you might be pleasantly surprised!

I use double paper filter for this one but you don't have to.

Coffee:

15g
Medium - Fine
Something nice!

Water:

92°C / 197°F
240mL
  1. Grind 15gm of coffee, about medium-fine
  2. Preheat all your equipment in warm water
  3. Add 45ml of water and gently stir 3 times back to front, and let it bloom for about 30seconds
  4. Slowly pour remaining 195ml of water
  5. Let sit with the cap on until 4 minute mark
  6. After 4 minutes, gently stir 3 times back to front again
  7. Screw the cap back on, and let sit for another 6 minutes
  8. Flip and press slowly into your pre-warmed cup
  9. Give the coffee a final good stir
  10. Enjoy!
