Water:

81°C / 177°F
230mL

Equipment:

  1. Set your AeroPress in the inverted position and wet double paper filters with hot water.
  2. Set your water temperature to 81 degrees celsius, put the coffee in and fill up with 70 grams of water.
  3. Start timer and swirl your AeroPress around for 15 seconds.
  4. Fill up with the remaining 160ml of water (total is now 230ml).
  5. Wait until 1 minute, then put the cap on.
  6. Wait until 1:20, then flip your aeropress (invert it).
  7. Wait until 1:30, then plunge until around 1:45.
  8. Done!
