Lucky 13
There's a lot of 13's in this recipe, but with so many recipes and ratios this is the easiest way for me to remember everything.

100°C / 212°F

Equipment:
- While 'Standard' assembled with filter in. Boiling water through filter into mug, to warm up chamber and cup to a nice cosy temp
- 30 seconds : Plunge down half way to remove excess water. Invert and remove filter holster
- 13 grams : coffee (at 13 Clicks on Hario Slim)
- 13 grams : water and stir till a sandy soak
- 13 seconds : Bathe, bloom and brew
- 13 grams : water and stir "for a bit"
- 13 seconds : Bathe, bloom and brew
- 130 grams : water and stir "for a smaller bit"
- 30 seconds : Bathe, bloom and brew
- 30 seconds : Plunge! Then go do whatever it is you need to do.
