Equipment:
- Prep - Rinse paper and warm up Aeropress and mug
- Prep - Put coffee in the Aeropress and even the bed.
- Pour all the water and start the timer. As you pour, you can swirl a bit at the beginning to make sure all the coffee is wet.
- Put plunger on to create vacuum.
- At the 00:45-01:00 mark carefully swirl the Aeropress to stir the coffee and break the crust.
- At 01:30 press for 30-45 seconds.
