A wonderfully simple and delicious aeropress recipe, utilizing a quick pour and steep time but with a long 60 second press.

This recipe is even better when used with an Aesir filter or 2 aeropress filters!

Medium-fine

Water:

85°C / 185°F
260mL
  1. Add 50-60g of water
  2. Stir 5 times
  3. Bloom for 25 seconds
  4. Add rest of water within 20 seconds
  5. Press for 60 seconds
  6. Enjoy!
