A nice small cup of iced coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Grind size is on the finer side - fellow ode gen 2: 5 (similar to JH AeroPress recipe).

Water:

93°C / 199°F

  1. Level the ground in your inverted AeroPress and pour 120ml water in.
  2. Swirl / shake to soak all the coffee and wait for 2min.
  3. After 2min, invert the AeroPress and press gently into a jug.
  4. Add 80-100g ice cube and use a chopstick or spoon to stir the ice cube in the coffee until you see condensate on the glass jug.
  5. Add a 100g ice cube in your drinking glass and pour your chilled coffee into the glass.
