Old Mill Brazilian Pre-ground AeroPress

Trying to get the most out of old mill Brazilian coffee that was pre-ground for AeroPress. (It was probably ground too fine.)

14g
Brazilian

Grind Settings:

Fine/medium

Water:

90°C / 194°F
245mL

Equipment:

  1. Prep - AeroPress inverted
  2. Prep - 14g coffee on the fine side of medium
  3. Pour 50g of water and stir
  4. Bloom for 30 sec
  5. Add remaining water up to 245g total
  6. Place double filter cap and press out remaining air.
  7. At 2 minutes flip and press slowly over 30 sec. total brew time 2:30
