Equipment:
- Set the AeroPress in the standard position, add 15 grams of supermarket pre-ground coffee, and level the coffee bed with gentle shakes.
- Pour 135 grams of hot water evenly, stir thrice (3 times) in rowing backward motions, and immediately put the plunger in.
- Let it steep for 1 minute, then gently press the plunger until the hiss and dilute the brewed coffee with 45 grams of hot water.
