Prismo Juicy Honey

This recipe aims to get the most out of the juicy honey drying method and maximize this sticky texture whilst keeping a nice acidity. The Prismo helps to extract these deep notes and keeps the workflow clean. It's better to use a paper filter on top of the Prismo's metal one to keep the brew nice and juicy.

  1. 00:00-00:45 Bloom the coffee with 45 grams of water. Stir vigourously 15 times
  2. 00:45-1:15 Pour the water to 210 grams, give it one gentle final stir
  3. 1:15-2:30 Place the plunger on top of the Aeropress and let steep
  4. 2:30-3:00 Press very slowly until you hear the hiss
  5. Swirl and enjoy
