- Rinse the double filter.
- Put the coffee in the AeroPress and tare the scale.
- Start the timer and add 50g of water.
- Gently mix until you reach :20.
- Wait until :50.
- Add 200g of water.
- Gently mix until 1:20.
- Flip and press until 2:00.
