Refreshingly Bold AeroPress Iced Latte

This technique delivers a flavourful cup of coffee. While it’s a latte, it highlights the coffee’s unique flavour notes, unlike typical lattes where milk often masks the coffee’s taste.

Use finely ground coffee (Timemore C3, 10 clicks). If the result is too strong or over-extracted, try 12 clicks. The final cup may be quite strong; adjust by adding more milk or reducing the coffee dosage if needed.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Timemore C3, 10-12 clicks
  • 18-20g of beans depends on your taste
  • 2 rinsed paper filters
  • Need ice and 100-140ml of milk
  • Syrup is optional

  1. 20g coffee in and pour in 60ml of 92°C water.
  2. Start timer, stir moderately until timer hits 0:40.
  3. Push out the remaining air in the AeroPress, wait untill 2:00.
  4. Meanwhile, rinse 2 paper filters and screw it on.
  5. Prepare a cup with ice and 100-140ml of milk (adjust to strength preference).
  6. At 2:00 flip the AeroPress over and press until 2:30.
  7. Add syrup of choice (or not).
  8. Stir and enjoy!
