Refreshingly Bold AeroPress Iced Latte
This technique delivers a flavourful cup of coffee. While it’s a latte, it highlights the coffee’s unique flavour notes, unlike typical lattes where milk often masks the coffee’s taste.
Use finely ground coffee (Timemore C3, 10 clicks). If the result is too strong or over-extracted, try 12 clicks. The final cup may be quite strong; adjust by adding more milk or reducing the coffee dosage if needed.

Equipment:
- 20g coffee in and pour in 60ml of 92°C water
- Stir moderately for until timer hits 40 seconds
- Push out the remaining air in the aeropress
- Rinse 2 paper filters and screw it on
- While waiting for timer to hit 2 mins, prepare a cup with ice and 100-140ml of milk (adjust to strength preference)
- At 2 mins flip the aeropress over and press until timer hits 2 mins 30 secs
- Add syrup of choice (or not)
- Stir and enjoy
