Shin's Vietnamese Phin AeroPress

This recipe was inspired by my friend who works as a barista in a small coffee shop.

In his coffee shop Vietnamese drip coffee is the most favourite beverage, and he can't brew with other manual brew methods with his high volume of customers. So, I made this method for him - it yields similar results to a Vietnamese Phin and takes a similar amount of time to brew.
