Equipment:

  1. Place Aeropress in inverted position with 15g of medium ground coffee (about Chemex grind: 19-20 on Baratza Encore)
  2. Start timer
  3. Pour 45g water into Aeropress and gently stir to get grounds wet
  4. Let bloom for 45 seconds
  5. At 45 seconds, pour the rest of the water until you hit 225g
  6. Place cap on top to retain heat
  7. Let sit until 3:20
  8. At 3:20, take off cap, stir once up/down, and once side to side
  9. Put on cap, flip the Aeropress at 3:30 and plunge for 30 seconds
