- Rinse and preheat two paper filters
- Grind 14 grams of coffee, fine to medium fine
- Add ground coffee to the aeropress
- Bloom the coffee with 40g of water for 30 seconds
- at 0:30, add 180g water and place the plunger (but don't plunge)
- at 1:30 stir x 1
- at 1:50, press for 20 seconds
