Equipment:
- Add 25g of medium fine ground coffee into an inverted AeroPress and shake to level.
- Rinse filter with hot water (200f / 93c).
- Add 200g of hot water into AP and steep for 30 sec. Do not stir yet.
- Stir 20 times in 10 sec.
- Place cap on top of AP and press out the air.
- Invert and start pushing at 1 min.
- Press gently for 30 sec and stop when you hear a hiss. (Time elapsed: 1:30)
- Dilute with 40g of hot water.
- Enjoy.
