Medium Roast Blend With Balanced Fruity Flavors

Water:

93°C / 199°F
240mL

Equipment:

  1. Add 25g of medium fine ground coffee into an inverted AeroPress and shake to level.
  2. Rinse filter with hot water (200f / 93c).
  3. Add 200g of hot water into AP and steep for 30 sec. Do not stir yet.
  4. Stir 20 times in 10 sec.
  5. Place cap on top of AP and press out the air.
  6. Invert and start pushing at 1 min.
  7. Press gently for 30 sec and stop when you hear a hiss. (Time elapsed: 1:30)
  8. Dilute with 40g of hot water.
  9. Enjoy.
