Equipment:
- Pour 40gr of water onto the coffee, and swirl until your coffee is all wet (a few seconds).
- Let bloom for 20 seconds.
- Pour the other 110gr of water till 150gr for total.
- Wait till 1:45 and swirl 5 times.
- Press down very gently.
