Strudel Pop
This method keeps giving me a distinct Toaster Strudel smell. Seems to bring out the fruity notes.
Also, as Gretchen Wieners would say. "Stop trying to make inverted happen"
I don't think her father, the inventor of the toaster strudel, would enjoy flipping around boiling hot water.
Whoop!

Recipe details:
Standard
1:45
Paper Filter
Coffee:
20g
Medium (25 clicks on a Comandante)
Something Fruity
Water:
100°C / 212°F
230mL
- Per-heat mug and wet paper filter with hot water.
- Grind 20 grams of coffee - medium grind (about 25 clicks on your standard Comandante).
- Set AeroPress and mug in standard position with wet paper filter on top of scale.
- Pour 70 grams of water over grounds, start timer and swirl lightly for 15 seconds. Water will drain through, but that ok. A good portion should remain in the AeroPress. (Key is to agitate enough to get all grounds wet. The more agitation the better.)
- At 15 seconds add water to 230 grams and put plunger in to seal.
- At 1 minute take plunger out and swirl 2 or 3 times quickly. Then put plunger back in. (Agitate just enough to break up what ever is at the top)
- At 1:20 start pressing untill 1:45. Press should be through the hiss.
