Supersized AeroPress Coffee - Double Press
For this method, you will use 23-25g of coffee, and 400g of water total pour in two steps.
Coffee has to be Fine - Medium Fine grind size for light roast (14 clicks on Comandante C40 or 12 clicks on Timemore C2).

Equipment:
- Prep your AeroPress, add the coffee.
- Pour 50g of water at 99°C.
- Stir 5 times and wait 30sec.
- Pour 150g of water at 99°C.
- Push the coffee from AeroPress by plunging only 1 cm in a rotation movement.
- Then remove plunger gently at an angle.
- Repeat until there is no water.
- Take out the plunger, pour 200g of water at 99°C and wait 60sec.
- Push the plunger until there is no water for 30sec.
- Enjoy your coffee.
