Supersized AeroPress Coffee - Double Press

For this method, you will use 23-25g of coffee, and 400g of water total pour in two steps.

Coffee has to be Fine - Medium Fine grind size for light roast (14 clicks on Comandante C40 or 12 clicks on Timemore C2).

Water:

99°C / 210°F
400mL

Equipment:

  1. Prep your AeroPress, add the coffee.
  2. Pour 50g of water at 99°C.
  3. Stir 5 times and wait 30sec.
  4. Pour 150g of water at 99°C.
  5. Push the coffee from AeroPress by plunging only 1 cm in a rotation movement.
  6. Then remove plunger gently at an angle.
  7. Repeat until there is no water.
  8. Take out the plunger, pour 200g of water at 99°C and wait 60sec.
  9. Push the plunger until there is no water for 30sec.
  10. Enjoy your coffee.
