My first recipe, that gives a sweet and (I think) well balanced cup.

  1. Step 1 — 1st bloom

    0:00 - 0:30

    Add 40g water. Stir 5 times.

  2. Step 2 — 2nd bloom

    0:30 - 1:00

    Add 40g, don't stir.

  3. Step 3 — Last add

    1:00 - 2:00

    Add water up to 210g. Wait.

  4. Step 4 — Finish

    2:00 - 2:45

    Push for 45 seconds.

  5. Step 5 — Add water

    2:45 - 2:50

    Add up to 40g of water, or to taste.

  6. Step 6 — Serve

    And enjoy
