Tetsu Kasuya Aeropress Recipe

A unique take on using the Aeropress as a brewer, essentially using it to make a pourover.

This AeroPress recipe is also a great option to make a larger volume of coffee.

93°C / 199°F
300mL

Equipment:

  1. Pour 40g to bloom
  2. Pour gently in short pulses (eg. pulses of 40g) until 3:00
  3. Finish pouring all 300g by 3 minutes
  4. Plunge for 20 seconds
  5. Serve & enjoy!
