Tetsu Kasuya AeroPress Recipe
A unique take on using the AeroPress as a brewer, essentially using it to make a pour-over.
This AeroPress recipe is also a great option to make a larger volume of coffee.
*Tetsu Kasuya uses 2 paper filters to achieve a cleaner cup.
**If you use dark roast beans, use lower temperature water around 82C°-85C°.

Equipment:
- Pour 40g to bloom until 00:30
- Pour gently in short pulses (eg. pulses of 40g) until 3:00
- Finish pouring all 300g by 3 minutes
- Plunge for 20 seconds, stop at the hiss
- Serve & enjoy!
