27g
Medium Fine
Something light-medium and tasty

Water:

94°C / 201°F
300mL

Equipment:

  1. Grind 27g of fresh coffee - preferably light to medium roast
  2. Wet paper filter
  3. Pour over 100gr hot water stir to saturate grinds for 45 sec
  4. Top up to 220gr water, stir gently and start plunging
  5. Total time 2min to 2min 15sec
  6. Tare scales and add 80gr hot water to finish.
