The Funky 5

This is an AeroPress recipe to bring out the lemony, tart and funky goodness of your fermented, light to medium-roasted coffee beans.

I used an Indonesia anaerobic natural from Five Elephants in Berlin. It tasted dull in every V60 recipe I brewed with, but got good results with the AeroPress.
