The larger dose of coffee, combined with a coarser grind setting and a bypass at the end achieves a really nice, light and clean cup.

Equipment:
- Add 30g of coarse ground coffee to inverted AeroPress
- Add 120g water to coffee grounds
- Agitate vigorously for 10 seconds
- Wait 40 seconds
- Flip, press for 20 seconds
- Add the remaining 120g water to coffee
