The Stubby

This AeroPress recipe was created by Brian Beyke from Abandon Coffee and the I Brew My Own Coffee podcast (which is absolutely worth a listen).

It's an interesting AeroPress recipe, producing great clarity and flavour with most beans.

Worth noting:

- This recipe adds 100ml (or whatever suits your taste) after the plunge is completed.

- It also uses an interesting technique with the plunger, where you push all the air out before you plunge
