A simple recipe that requires no stirring.

Coffee:

15g
Medium
Anything works

Water:

94°C / 201°F
225mL

Equipment:

AeroPress®AeroPress®
  1. Start in inverted position and add in ground coffee
  2. Pour vigorously to the inside wall of your AeroPress, if your debit is right all coffee should be wet just by this pour
  3. Flip the aeropress at 2:00
  4. Press gently and aim to end at 2:45
  5. Serve :)
