V60 Killer
After experimenting with a bunch of recipes, this one not only kills the V60, it gives brews that are much more consistent.

Medium - Coarse (20 to 24 on Timemore C2)
Med - Light
Water:
90 - 95°C / NaN°F
250mL
- Rinse filter with hot water
- Set your AP inverted on top of a scale.
- Pour your grounds and tare the scale. (20 to 24 on Timemore C2)
- Pour 30ml water and stir fast 10 times.
- Let the coffee bloom until 30 sec time is reached.
- Add the rest of the water until scale shows 250. Stir gently 3 times.
- Brew with cap open until timer hits 1:30.
- At 1:30 place cap and push slowly and gently until 2:00.
- Stop at first sound of hiss.
