V60 style brew with AeroPress

This recipe uses a unique pressing method. It's mostly for washed coffee, floral or fruity style.

92°C / 197°F
250mL

Equipment:

  1. Prep your aeropress in standard position
  2. Add your coffee grounds
  3. Blooming - add 36g (x3) water, and do a swirl
  4. at 45s, pour water until 155ml (65% total watter), and do a swirl
  5. Press 5mm, remove plunger, press 5mm and repeat util the hiss (around 1:30s)
  6. Pour the rest of the water until 250ml, and do a swirl
  7. Press gently until the hiss
  8. Wait before drink
