V60 style brew with AeroPress
This recipe uses a unique pressing method. It's mostly for washed coffee, floral or fruity style.

Equipment:
- Prep your aeropress in standard position
- Add your coffee grounds
- Blooming - add 36g (x3) water, and do a swirl
- at 45s, pour water until 155ml (65% total watter), and do a swirl
- Press 5mm, remove plunger, press 5mm and repeat util the hiss (around 1:30s)
- Pour the rest of the water until 250ml, and do a swirl
- Press gently until the hiss
- Wait before drink
