Vibrant Kiwi Coffee

I enjoyed the best coffee of my life so far while travelling in Aotearoa: A lovely fruity and caramelly Ethiopian Guji 'Ana Sora'. And as I was going camping with my AeroPress, the barista was kind enough to provide their recipe. Making this dream vacation that much sweeter each morning!

For this recipe, you can use two ratios, 13g/200mL or 16g/230mL.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Grind size: Slightly coarser than brown sugar
  • Beans: Ethiopian Guji 'Ana Sora' by Ozone Coffee Roasters
