What sorcery is this?

A vibrant colorful tasting coffee. Quick and easy enough for a daily go-to, but still very enjoyable.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Grind size: Medium-fine. 12-14 clicks on the Timemore C2
  • 100ml of 75°C water for pre-infusion
  • 70ml of 96°C water for brewing

Water:

96°C / 204°F
170mL

Equipment:

  1. Boil water to 96°C, but when the kettle reaches 75°C pour 100ml water into your cup.
  2. Put your AeroPress on the cup with 100ml 75°C water in it.
  3. Add 14gr of coffee into the AeroPress.
  4. Start the timer and pour 70ml (96°C) in around 20 seconds.
  5. Stir for 20 seconds.
  6. Press slowly for 20 seconds through the hiss.
  7. You should finish at around 1 minute.
  8. Enjoyyyy!
