Working Things Out!
Going to continue experimenting and editing this (if that's possible. Right now, I'm using a medium roasted Heirloom from Sidamo, Ethiopia. I think it's an incredible coffee and don't really think I could go wrong with it, but really enjoyed this recipe.

Equipment:
- Put 16g of medium ground coffee into an inverted aeropress
- 0:00 - 0:15 - Start timer and pour 60g of 85˚c into the inverted Aeropress
- 0:15 - 0:30 - Pickup Aeropress and swirl slurry
- 0:30 - 1:00 - Bloom
- 1:00 - Add the remainder of the water (100g) and then stir 20 times
- 1:15 - 1:55 - Let it sit
- 1:55 - Invert Aeropress onto a carafe
- 2:00 - 3:00 - Plunge Slowly
- Cool slightly by pouring between carafe and drinking vessel a couple of times and then enjoy!
