Zero Fuss Quick “Latte”
This recipe is zero fuss because you don’t need a scale or fancy equipment to achieve a “latte” style drink.
📝 Recipe Notes:
- Place plunger right under “4” mark
 - Use 1.5 rounded scoops of finely ground coffee, tap to level
 - Rinse paper filter
 - Use water just off the boil
 - Add milk and sugar to your taste

Equipment:
- Wet grounds with water just off the boil. Let coffee bloom for 20 seconds.
 - Fill to the top with hot water.
 - Stir vigorously for 10 seconds.
 - Let coffee brew to 1:45.
 - Screw lid on, invert, swirl and plunge.
 - Add milk and sugar to your taste.
