I use double paper filters for this recipe.
Grind settings:
19-23 clicks on the Commandante seems to be the sweet spot.

Equipment:
- Use double papers and fill brewer with 13 grams of coffee. Light shake to even the grounds.
- Pour 200 grams of water and make sure all the grounds are saturated.
- Use the plunger to make vacuum.
- Let steep for 30 seconds.
- Swirl the brewer for a few seconds.
- Let steep for 30 seconds.
- Press into the cup for about 30 seconds.
